We can only start the full typeset when your manuscript is 100% ready, proofread and ready to go! Editing and changing the text once the book is typeset can be really time consuming, and will drive up your costs. So it's always best to wait, be sure and then do the formatting as the very final stage.What I can do in advance is to create the cover design (if required) and create the page design samples. Ideally the interior design tie into the cover design, as this harmony really adds to the professionality of the final book. While the cost of cover design is more consistant, the book interior formatting costs vary greatly depending on the content of the manuscript.
